NEXT MOVE FOR SBC
The SBC Chess Team fought it out in the recent Interschool Chess Competition with 70 students from the region gathering at host school Emmaus College, Rockhampton.
The A Division Team placed second in the overall senior competition, being pipped at full time by half a point! What makes this even more of an achievement is the team is composed of 90% Year 9 students.
Three students were also presented individual merit awards.
A magnificent effort by all gentlemen. Congratulations!
