St Brendan’s College proudly continued its long-standing tradition of honouring the ANZAC legacy, with students, staff and families attending services across the region on ANZAC Day.
At the Emu Park service, a group of our talented music students had the privilege of performing alongside the Rockhampton City Band, contributing to the reflective and moving atmosphere of the morning. Meanwhile, in Yeppoon, the College’s renowned drumline led our students during the community march, which was proudly fronted by our College leaders.
In the lead-up to ANZAC Day, our music students also supported the local Catholic primary schools, performing at ANZAC ceremonies at both St Benedict’s and Sacred Heart. Their involvement helped foster a sense of shared community and remembrance across generations.
The College is deeply proud of all students who represented St Brendan’s with dignity, humility and pride at the various services. Their involvement is a testament to the College’s commitment to honouring those who have served, and those who continue to serve.
Lest We Forget.
