Grandparents Morning Tea

Due to the continued popularity of our annual Grandparents’ Morning Tea, we have introduced some new guidelines for this event.

To ensure fairness and to give priority to families at key moments in their College journey, initial bookings are being offered to grandparents of Year 7 and Year 12 students.

This acknowledges that:

• Year 7 families may not yet have had the opportunity to attend a Grandparents’ Morning Tea, and
• Year 12 students are enjoying their final opportunity to share this special occasion with their grandparents.

NB:- Students in other year levels are most welcome to attend with this grandparent; however, at least one grandson attending must be in Year 7 or Year 12 in order to book during this initial release.

To ensure a fair booking process, given limited capacity, the initial booking period is reserved for families with students in Year 7 or Year 12.

Bookings received during this initial intake that do not meet these guidelines may be respectfully cancelled. Bookings for this initial intake will close at midnight on Sunday 17 May.

Please note that once bookings open to the wider College community, RSVPs will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis, regardless of student year level.

Bookings will then open to the remainder of the College community from Monday, subject to availability, with final bookings closing on 22 May.
